H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to start a career in tax and client services. You will work in-person at a local H&R Block office, gathering information, preparing tax returns, and answering questions with training and support from day one.

No prior tax experience is required; you will meet with clients, explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and help build strong client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems included AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent
