H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in person at a local tax office. You’ll meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with guided training from experienced teammates.

You’ll explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build strong client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach. Training and support are provided from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course1.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems included AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent.

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
