You will meet with clients, prepare returns with support, and explain tax information clearly while identifying potential tax savings opportunities. This in-person role supports the office and builds client relationships.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
