Qualifications

Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course
Experience interacting with customers in a service environment

Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
