Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or enrollment in Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools.
