Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and clear explanations to understand needs.
• Problem-solving with organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based systems like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
