Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills, including clear explanations
• Ability to identify solutions and solve problems
• Comfort with digital tools and AI based systems
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services
• Apply problem-solving skills to address client questions with guidance
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
