Qualifications

• Must have completed the HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.

• Problem-solving and organizing information to derive solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products and services.
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and resources.
