Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented environment
• Strong communication and questioning to understand needs

• Comfort with digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
