H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to join a local tax office in Michigan. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience required; role is in-person with an hourly rate and opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge. Availability during peak tax season preferred for evenings/weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills; ability to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
