You will earn an hourly rate with potential to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows; scheduling may include evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and clear explainers.
• Problem-solving abilities and organizing information.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Experience with HR or tax-related software is a plus.
