You will meet with clients, explain tax information clearly, and identify savings opportunities while building strong client relationships and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; asks questions to understand needs.
• Comfort using digital tools, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
