Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication; explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving; organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Analyze client information and address questions with guidance and resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
