Qualifications

• Must have completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service role
• Strong communication and questioning skills to understand client needs
• Problem-solving abilities to organize info and identify solutions
• Comfort with digital tools including AI-based assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
