You will gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions while building client relationships at a local tax office. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and can grow earnings as you build tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• Complete the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Strong communication and ability to explain tax info clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort with digital tools including AI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand tax situations.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and offer recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and related products and services.
