Qualifications

• Completed HR Block Income Tax Course or enrollment.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates.
