Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or enrollment in it.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools (Copilot and ChatGPT).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
