You will meet with clients, collect information, and prepare returns with guidance, while clearly explaining tax concepts and identifying savings opportunities in a collaborative team setting during peak season.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in service environments.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain information and ask questions.
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Comfort with digital tools including AI-based systems like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
