H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to join our in-office tax team. You’ll meet with clients, gather information for tax returns, and work with teammates to ensure accurate filings and timely questions answered.

No prior tax experience is required as training and support are provided from day one. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax knowledge and grow in the role.

Qualifications

Experience in a service-oriented environment with customers/clients.
Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
Problem-solving skills including organizing information and finding solutions.
Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients.
Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services.
Apply problem-solving to client information and address questions with guidance.
Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
