Job summary

Qualifications

Successful completion of HR Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment
Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
Problem-solving skills and organizing information to identify solutions
Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations understandable to clients
