No prior tax experience is required, and training is provided. The role emphasizes client service, clear explanations, and identifying potential savings opportunities, with a pay range of $17.75 to $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
