Qualifications

• H&R Block Income Tax Course completed or enrolled
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service role
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest products/services
• Address questions using problem-solving skills with available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities via teamwork
