Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with AI-based tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships through teamwork and client-first service.
