Meet with clients to gather details, prepare accurate returns with support from experienced teammates, and explain tax information clearly. APplies to 15–35 hours weekly with up to 40 hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service environment interacting with customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and client-first service.
