Training is provided and you’ll earn an hourly rate, with opportunities to grow as you gain tax knowledge. This in-person role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to explain tax information clearly.

Qualificações

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
