You will explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build strong client relationships while contributing to team priorities. Availability for peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools including Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
