H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Tax Associate for in-person client service at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

Roles involve explaining tax information clearly, identifying savings opportunities, and addressing questions with available resources. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is expected, with a flexible 15–40 hour schedule.

Qualificações

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience serving customers or clients in a service role
• Clear communication and active listening to understand needs
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing abilities
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Copilot/ChatGPT)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide actionable recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products/services
• Address questions and unique situations with guidance and resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities
