The role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office and includes training and support from day one with competitive hourly pay. You’ll work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions while building valuable skills and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
