Formación

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills, including clear explanations
• Problem-solving abilities, organizing information and finding solutions
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent
