The role emphasizes strong client relationships, teamwork, and a client‑first mindset. Availability for peak tax season hours and evenings/weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with clients in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem solving, organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in an understandable way.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client‑first approach.
