Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment preferred.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication and questioning skills to understand needs.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
