Qualifications

• Completed HR Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information and identify solutions
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED/ equivalent
