Training and support are provided to boost your tax knowledge and client service skills. You’ll interact with clients, build relationships, and contribute to office priorities with a client-first approach, including evenings and weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client‑first approach.
