Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills; organize information and identify solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
