H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to start a career in tax and client services with no prior tax experience required. You’ll receive training from day one and work with clients to gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions while building valuable skills and strong relationships.

This is an in-person role at a local H&R Block office. You’ll meet clients, prepare accurate returns with guidance, identify tax savings opportunities, and explain information clearly.

Qualificações

• Completion of HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information to identify solutions.
• Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
