Qualifications

• Completing the H&R Block Income Tax Course is required.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment is required.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Solid problem-solving abilities, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools (Copilot, ChatGPT).
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.
