Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience interacting with customers in service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants.
• Experience with tax basics is a plus.
