H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to start a career in tax and client services at a local tax office. You’ll train from day one and work directly with clients to gather information and prepare tax returns.

You’ll explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build strong relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach, with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain knowledge.

Formación

• Completion of H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Proficiency with digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
