Qualifications

• Completed HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience in customer service or client interactions.

• Problem-solving skills; ability to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools, including AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED required.
