Qualifications

• Successful completion of HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication and needs assessment skills
• Problem-solving and information-organizing abilities
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools
• High school diploma or GED fulfilled

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services
• Apply problem-solving to address questions with guidance
• Build client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
