H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates. You will explain tax details clearly and suggest relevant products and services while addressing questions with available resources.

You will build strong client relationships, support office priorities, and work in-person at a local H&R Block tax office. A competitive hourly rate is offered with potential earnings growth as tax knowledge

Qualifications

Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
Strong communication skills to clearly explain tax information.
Problem-solving abilities to analyze client information and provide guidance.
Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
