Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and finding solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
