Job summary

H&R Block in Hawaii is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather tax information, and prepare accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You will explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build strong client relationships while supporting office priorities through teamwork and collaboration. This in-person role requires availability during tax season and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products or services.
