H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. No prior tax experience is required, with training and support from day one to prepare tax returns and answer client questions while building client relationships.

You will meet with clients, gather information, and identify tax savings opportunities, with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows. This is a in-office, seasonal role with flexible hours during peak season.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems incl. AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
