Training starts on day one, and you’ll learn to explain tax details clearly while identifying potential savings opportunities. This role emphasizes client service, teamwork, and a client-first approach, with hours that may fluctuate during peak periods and evenings/weekends during tax season.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.

• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems (Copilot, ChatGPT).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
