H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office in California. No prior tax experience is required, as training is provided and you’ll prepare tax returns and answer client questions.

You’ll meet with clients, explain tax information clearly, and identify tax savings opportunities while building strong client relationships and supporting office priorities.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication, able to explain information clearly.
• Problem solving and organizing information to find solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités
