HR Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to work in a local tax office. You’ll meet clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training from experienced teammates.

You will explain tax concepts clearly and identify potential savings and product opportunities for clients. No prior tax experience is required; you’ll gain skills and build client relationships through hands-on practice and support from day one.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and questions-based needs assessment.
• Problem-solving including organizing information and solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.
