Qualifications

• Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 2 years of tax preparation/accounting experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and CE obligations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
