Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual/business returns.
• Experience working in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial scenarios and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
