H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Tax Advisor to join our local tax office in Texas. You will help clients navigate complex tax situations, prepare accurate returns, and uncover savings opportunities with industry-leading training and technology.

You will build lasting client relationships in a trusted, in-person setting, earning a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan that rewards impact as you grow your tax expertise and serve clients this season.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required
